This reads as “Spring isn’t coming.”… I don’t know if it’s a phrase that translates to the translation above or not… Japanese does have some phrases that do that… sort of like we have phrases that don’t mean their literal meaning. Just one that comes to mind “I burned that bridge” doesn’t mean we committed arson it means we ended a relationship or screwed one up. So yeah. -- source link
