Now that I’ve posted Colby’s profile, I can share his dragon boyfriend :DHis name’s Orion, and hes an ex-warrior that resigned after his twin brother Gemini was killed. He went into hiding in a crystal cavern, but was coaxed back out by the curious, fiesty harpy and they both started to gain feelings for each other. Their brilliant blue scales, starry wings, and crystal growths are extremely valuable. Since childhood, Orion and his twin brother Gemini were made painfully aware of their clan’s history. Driven by righteous fury and the desire to protect his people and his loved ones, Orion began to show great fighting prowess. He was sent away to train as a warrior.Over the next few centuries, Orion became involved in many battles and wars; Not just against bounty hunters, but against other dragons who were trying to commit murderous & territorial crimes. Some became consumed by hatred and tried to break truces with neighboring human & elven villages. Eventually, the warring was brought much too close to Orion’s home clan. In an act of bravery, or perhaps foolishness, Gemini tried to join the fray to protect other Stardancers and try to prove his worth to Orion, and was caught in the crossfire of a magic and flame attack. This was the final straw for Orion, who decided to resign as a knight and retreat into crystal caverns deep in the mountains. He was prepared to languish away for the rest of his days if it meant never spilling blood again. Since then, the Stardancers have gone into hiding.His loneliness and bitterness would soon start coming to an end, when one day, a curious harpy named Colby found him in the cavern. After convincing the dragon that he wasn’t there to steal the valuable gems for power, but simply to add to his unique collection, Orion felt a spark of hope; and perhaps even affection for the strange harpy. Colby proved to be quite persuasive, showering the dragon in admiration for his beautiful blue hues, and convincing Orion to leave the cavern and instead live in his stone cathedral. He now guards the cathedral from potential intruders, and occasionally goes with Colby on his adventures around the world, feeling happy for the first time in decades. The spirit of Gemini occasionally appears to him in dreams, assuring his brother that he has always been proud of him and doesn’t blame him for his tragic passing. -- source link
