Crow to crane progression:Jan 2012 - crow felt heavy, my body felt tired and weakJuly 2012 - crow was a breeze, core was strong, arms stableApril 2013 - first attempt at crane pose, this was as far as I could straighten my arms due to the shaking muscles. Held it for 1 second. July 2013 - crane feeling good. Shaking is now a slight vibrating.
