Terminators for Sisters sounds great to me! If Inquisitors can wear it, why not the Sisters of Battle?I’m actually not super into the idea of Sisters getting Terminators, because I don’t want them to get too similar to Space Marines. If and when they get their update, I’d druther they keep their own identity. That said, these will be super useful if they ever totally discontinue Sisters and I’m forced to transition my army into being a reskinned Black Templar army (don’t do that to me GW)Yeah, I can respect the desire to keep them different than Spess Mureens. Terminator Sororitas work best for special characters like @tharook ‘s Angel of Embers and Hi-Tech Miniatures’ line. Still, these are absolutely badass and hopefully mean Raging Heroes will be trying to shake the pin-up feel of their past lines.I’m of the same opinion, and in fact the only reason Saint Galatine is a special character is because she’s wearing Terminator armour. These are very badass, though their armour looks fitting for standard Sisters to my eyes. The boobplate is disappointing, but it’s a lot better than GW’s offering and the poses look fantastic. We’ll never get away from boobplate, but at least these have some sense of personality! As well sculpted as Raging Heroes models are, they are even more fetishized and sexualized than the original Jes Goodwin sculpts. Between them and no official models, I’d prefer no models. Plus the Raging Heroes Fb page joined in laughing and mocking some people posting to them that they wished the models didn’t have high heels. It’s the usual misogyny.I’m going to have to go into the miniature making business, aren’t I?Yes, yes you will. I’ll take a gross btw! =PLet me finish my Master’s degree first.(@rabidchilde ~ Disappointing yet not at all surprising.)If you do, let me know. I’d love to work with you. -- source link
