twloha:“nou avèk ou” means “us with you” in Haitian Creole. Hurricane Matthew took the lives of more than 1,000 people in Haiti. Tens of thousands are now dealing with grief, trauma and PTSD, while in many ways starting over. There are tremendous needs for clean water, food, medicine and shelter, but it’s important to address mental health as well. And since that’s the focus of TWLOHA, we want to do something to help. A portion of the proceeds from every shirt sold will be used to provide mental health care for people in Haiti. We are proud to support the work of Partners In Health and Espere Community Counseling Center.store.twloha.com -- source link
