We are Christians and we want to be merciful!Do you want to join us? Check We4Charity.The first aim of the campaign will be to collect funds to finance the equipment for the center of day care and a permanent stay for the elder and disabled ‘Campus Misericordiae’ in the town of Brzegi.The day care center for the elder and disabled will provide patients with a possibility of taking part in activities to strengthen their condition and activeness and also integrate them with the local environment.The first goal will be fully realized if the financing of a mobile clinic is successful. The mobile clinic will serve people in need in the social hotspots of the world, e.g. in refugee camps or places where natural disasters happened. Thanks to such a clinic victims will be able to count on fast medical help. Filled with medicine and equipment for diagnostics or surgeries the clinic can also serve as a mobile specialist office.The second goal is the creation of the Caritas Center 'Bread of Mercy’. Today Cracow Caritas runs a Social Point thanks to which direct financial help is provided for those in need in the whole diocese. ‘Bread of Mercy’ will allow setting up a warehouse and a food distribution point for parishes which will then distribute the food among individual parishioners who need it. Together we will make the help reach people who are poor, lonely, homeless and also families deprived of means to live on. Completing this goal fully will mean funding the second mobile clinic.Virtual Campus -- source link
