I figured that those minutes that are usually being wasted can be used for deliberate learning.⁣⁣When and where do you have to wait a lot? ⁣⁣Whenever you have to wait in line, before an appointment, or while commuting with public transportation you can use the time that you have in order to learn something new. For instance, read a book or an article about a topic that interests you or listen to a podcast.
