Seven-arm Octopus (Haliphron atlanticus)…a large species of octopus that is the sole member of its family Alloposidae. Seven-arm octopodes have been collected in both the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean, but the true extent of their range is not well known. Haliphron atlanticus can grow quite large, to the point where they are one of the two largest known octopus species, with some individuals reaching lengths of around 3.5 m (11 ft)!
