PSA time: this is mouth rot. I nearly missed it because I’d only ever seen pictures of very severe cases, but this is what it looks like in the early stages.Fio has since been to the vet and is doing fine. The most likely culprit was his temperature dropping too low overnight, so he now has a che over the spot where he sleeps, and I’ll be keeping a closer eye on his nighttime temps in the future. -- source link
