lightgreyartgallery: Leaf Mimic – @angelarizza A member of the family Phylliidae, they are also called leaf insects or walking leaves. Found throughout Southeast Asia and Australia, their bodies perfectly take on the appearance of leaves, some species even featuring damage spots, holes, vein patterns, and crinkled edges. As they walk they rock their bodies back and forth to mimic leaf blowing in the wind. -- source link
