I’m fat and I wear crop tops & leggings as pants. If that’s what makes you feel best in the moment, you can too. Instead of throwing on something in my drawer to wear out of habit, I now practice mindfulness. What outfit is going to make me feel … (most sexy, comfortable, confident, true to my current mood, etc) and honor that through this physical expression. It really helps me connect to myself.
