I am one with the flowers of the sun. sunflower spam is real and probably not over yet lol. : My daily journal entry on my blog EmpoweringImperfections.com is live and it dives in to a big epiphany I had last night after joining a meditation group. Two years ago I went through a five-year relationship breakup that felt like my life was completely torn apart and hopeless. It was a battle won after many wars seemingly fought and lost internally over those years, however I felt so scarred that I couldn’t immediately recognize the victory. Moving back home has thrown me into a similar feeling of hopelessness since I am at a new beginning. However, I have danced this dance before and won, and I know I can and will absolutely do this again. Hope is back on my side and my fire is beginning to rev the funk up. If you are going through a life change or have been wanting to start a new beginning no matter how big or small the circumstances or consequences may be, this blog post is for you.
