edrecipes: fitchris25: Some Weight Watchers IG accounts that I follow have been posting a bunch of stuff about this “two ingredient dough” so I figured I’d try it out. I made my own bagels with ½ cup self-rising flour, ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, a little salt, and then everything bagel seasoning from TJ’s. Bake them in the oven at 450 for 15-20 minutes. They were pretty good as part of my breakfast sandwich. One of these bagels are 3sp on the WW Freestyle plan and 130 calories. I see why WW people are crazy about them, they’re a lot lower in points than regular bagels you would buy at the store. But if you’re just counting calories, it’s really an extra effort that I don’t think is worth the extra 100 or so calories. But to each their own. I might try making this into pretzel bites or pizza dough sometime! 130 calories for this recipe! -- source link
