EBR SOCOM 16A very short and easy to handle rifle considering the SOCOM 16 has a 16" barrel. It may not be as accurate as an M1A though; the SOCOM 16 has front sights that are wider and more difficult to use. If I remember right the average is about 2-4 MOA with a stock SOCOM 16. -- source link
