swagarchitects: SWAG was invited to create the new bike shop and bakery interiors and identity for Torino based brand /PAI/. The approach was to create cyle-friendly café-bar workshop, a space to hang out, taste home made bakery products, use the wi-fi, and drink. The space is divided between the workshop where the bikes are buing built and customized and the bakery and cafe area. The concept was to bring to life the hand-made aspect of both the bakery and the bike workshop by the usage of recycled and low-cost materials in a simple and higly functional space design. The area is a flexible showcase that can deal with the requirements of both product sell-through and social gatherings. -- source link
