gymbunnycandiehart:A Better MindsetIt is good to be a decent person, but even better to be an encourager. People who encourage others to be better people are the type of individuals who make worthwhile impacts in our world. To prop people up, to push them forward, and to persuade them to endure in life, could be one of the most commendable traits of humans, other than love, which of course, is at the heart of encouragement. I’m certainly not someone who is out proselyting males to a girly lifestyle, but I definitely won’t resist encouraging men to be girly who are openly searching for guidance into femininity. It is an important part of the girly boy life. In my opinion, to encourage other guys to dress like girls, is a commendable trait. That might seem radical, perhaps crazy. Yet, it gives us girly men purpose, so that we’re not merely expressing our feminine self-identities for us and us alone. None of us should want this better way of life to be a selfish pursuit. We shouldn’t want it to be exclusive. There’s a whole lot more to being girly than a five finger exercise while wearing panties–and yes, you know what that means. don’t ask. We should want to share girliness, edify others within it, and celebrate those who are newfound fem-boys. We should want to encourage boys to dress like girls, talk like girls, move like girls, think like girls…be like girls.Imagine how different things would be for you, if, long ago when you were testing the waters of girliness, you had someone encouraging you: Someone who would let you know that it’s okay; Someone to cheer you on; Someone to validate your feelings; Someone to build up your feminine self-esteem. Who knows? You might even be girlier than you are now! Maybe your closet would look a lot different? Perhaps your drawers would have nothing but pinks and pastels. Maybe every pair of pants you owned were women’s. Maybe all of your shirts would button on the left. And just perhaps, you would have finally mastered shaving your legs without creating a rash of hair bumps! And all because some pleasant girly boy was kind enough to encourage you to be radical and accept femininity as your way of life. It’s a different frame of mind, I’m sure, to be less self-centered and more other-focused. That’s a different mindset and I think it’s a better one.Let’s be radically girly together!CandieHart -- source link
