I saw this female robin Edit: or maybe a teenager robin? a while ago on an abandoned farm, and she just sat on the ground and stayed perfectly still even when I walked by very close. She flew away eventually, but didn’t seem to be troubled by me putting my camera a foot away from her. -- source link
