lilietsblog:diglettdevious:flowerypearl:So how about those magical girlfriendsreal lovewait when is the first one from I don’t remember this happening *eyes suspiciously* what happenedbtw I’m pretty sure that out of all those interactions only 2 were romantic** (I don’t count all of Garnet’s appearances on screen obviously) and non-romantic relationships are not any less awesome, adorable, endearing, complex and deserving of admiration** op maybe wasn’t implying that but the tags of the person I reblogged this from sure didI’m not saying that by using the “Poly as Hell” tag. Of course non-romantic relationships are excellent and not in any way inferior to romantic ones, and yes, all of these situations can be interpreted as friendships rather than as romances. What I meant was that they can also be read “romantically” or, for those who don’t really truck with the idea that friendship and romance are any different and see that separation as super-artificial and unnecessary, as “aromantic” intimate relationships. What I meant is that the implication is there if you want to see it, and that I like reading it that way sometimes. But either reading is fine, and I like both :) -- source link
