xn–b6h:xn—b6h:Deeply disturbing video (footage starts around 2:50) has emerged from China showing a young girl with a backpack casually slipping into an elevator, scooping up a toddler and then throwing him, kicking him and beating him.The 18-month-old was later found on the ground in front of an apartment hi-rise. According to local reports, he is severely injured.Police in Chonqing, formerly known as Chungking, have not charged the girl, citing her young age. Residents have expressed outrage and have dubbed the 10-year-old “devil girl.”Her family has paid about $8,500 to the boy’s parents to help pay medical bills.The grainy apartment building footage from Nov. 25 shows the boy’s mother pushing his toy bicycle out of the elevator. But instead of following her, he stayed in the lift, and the doors closed behind the woman.Also was in the elevator was the girl, who picks up the baby and appears to comfort him. Then she drops him on the floor, calmly kicks him and stomps on him. The doors open on the 25th floor and she shoves him out.What happened next is unclear.
