the-darkest-of-lights: lilydn: This is a plaster carving that I did for my sculpture class. It is non-impressionistic work, so it is not supposed to look like anything. When it comes to fine art, this is as fine as you are going to get out of me. How did you get the plaster sculpture so smooth? Im working on a plaster sculpture for class and yours looks great. :) I used a large range of sandpaper ranging from rough to super fine. I made this a couple year ago so I do not remember exactly what I used. I think I used about 6 different sandpapers for this. -- source link
