I’m pretty shook. My skin is glowing. These are my skin results from eliminating lots of different foods over a period of 23 days. If you haven’t been here for this - All I’ve eaten is: Steak, bacon, ham, chicken, liver, venison, salmon, mackeral. Broccoli, asparagus, kale and avocado, cauliflower. Apple, grape and pineapple. Cooked in Olive oil, salt and pepper. Drank only water and limited amounts of fresh apple juice. So no Dairy, Specific Veg, Grains, Gluten, Potato, Caffiene, Alcohol, Eggs, Corn, Soy, Shellfish, Legumes, Nuts, Beans, Seeds, Sesame, Sulphites, Nitrites/Preservatives. A few days in my skin cleared a little but broke out again, you can see by day 9, I look like ass (also keto flu). But that was my body getting rid of toxins so a breakout was so be expected. I’m now in the reintroduction of foods phase. I haven’t used any skincare throughout and have worn makeup a limited number of times (I never used to wear any, but I’m starting to like my face again now). I’m honestly looking at the last photo like I’m wearing foundation?! I’ve had problematic skin for YEARS now. This wasn’t just a flare up. I still have scarring on my chin from years of angry spots, but it is now completely smooth to the touch. If you have problematic skin, look at your gut health first before firing product on your face.
