So many women have an inner goddess waiting to be unlocked, but getting there is WERKK!! And it goes way beyond beauty treatments & sexy clothes…. For me it’s looked like: ✔️ Reprogramming ideals society taught me about what a beautiful woman is (ditching the skinny Barbie idea, and finding role models I could relate to) ✔️Not letting parents opinions/disapproval get in the way of my self expression ✔️ Removing toxic, religious based shame about female sensuality ✔️Getting help and healing to build my self confidence, self love and self esteem through therapy, hypnosis, NLP, and TRE ✔️Taking time to envision my ideal self and working to become a little more like her everyday ✔️Learning how to cook and choose healthy foods that make my body feel great ✔️Connecting with myself daily through meditation and journaling Robe from @primark — view on Instagram https://ift.tt/2ZhH3hV -- source link
