justgot1:copperbadge:There’s a restaurant in Chicago that just went out of business, which is very sad of course, but they’re having a going-out-of-business-sale and posted some images of stuff they’re selling and I can’t stop laughing over this couch.It’s a couuuuuuuuuuuuuuuchI mean, it’s 100% appropriate to have this in a lounge in the Viagra Triangle where this place was located, but imagine coming into someone’s home and seeing this. Imagine inviting someone into your home and the expression on their face when they saw this. Oh it’s just so good. [Description: An image of a restaurant-lounge type area with a couch in it. Imagine the horrors this furniture has witnessed.]If I had a 20’ long livingroom wall I would 100% buy this couch. This is possibly longer than my whole apartment. I have to admit, after I stopped laughing I had a moment where I paused and went “You know, if I moved everything away from the western wall of the living room….” My living room runs the entire length of the condo in one direction, and my condo’s basically a 30′ square box divided into rooms, so it would fit. There’d be no way to get it up there unless it comes apart into freight-elevator-sized pieces, but it would fit. It would be worth it, if I had the ability, to show people into my condo and the first thing they see, emerging from the front hallway, is a brightly lit living room with a monstrous couch in it. -- source link
