Day Four of #beyourownvalentine2019 - Goals. It’s time for a goal check in! We are just over a month into 2019. How are you doing with the goals you set for this year? Did you know that people who write down their goals are 80% more likely to accomplish them?! Make 2019 your year. Because you love yourself, baby! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Your challenge for today is to, if you have not already, write down your goals for 2019. I recommend splitting it into Health/Career/Personal categories. At least 2 for each category! Make sure you are examining the WHY behind each goal and that WHY is a healthy, positive reason FOR YOU. Not for anyone else. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀If you have already written down your goals for 2019, I want you to do a goal check in. See how far you have gotten with yours goals - and write down 3 things you can do this WEEK to get you closer to your goals, and 3 things you can do this MONTH to get closer to your goals.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀If you have no idea where to start, or what you want - never fear!
