He is dressed in a dark police official’s uniform which consists of a long sleeved dark shirt with buttons and ‘official’ (sargent) stripes on both sleeves, cropped trousers, and knee socks. Around the waist is a cloth belt in which a truncheon and two pouches are attached. The head is covered with a black knitted face mask with two holes for eyes and a hole for the mouth.
