Though a disloyal wife she was a loyal lover to Sir Lancelot continuing to profess her love for him despite being sentenced to burn at the stake for treason against the crown.Her actions is said to have been a major cause in the fall of King Arthur. Guinevere had strong morals that she expected the court to follow [she exiled Morgan Le Fay upon hearing about her affair], however believed herself above the laws of Kings. She is described as a manipulative and demanding women, yet Guinevere caused many men to fall in love with her great beauty & fiery hair including her husband, King Arthur, who ignored the warnings of Merlin who cautioned him that she would be an unfaithful wife.
