It’s important to me.#this started as a joke gifset about how often rory has to remind people he’s a nurse#and sort of evolved into a tiny character study#i saw a meta a LONG time ago that i cannot find rn despite looking#about how it’s important that rory is a NURSE and not a doctor and i wholeheartedly agree#bc doctors diagnose you but nurses take care of you#nurses handle a lot of the daily needs of patients and form bonds with patients and generally do more of the caring#and that’s so much more of who rory is#i love him so much he’s a fascinating character and such a cool alternative kind of companion#(though i still can’t get over an exasperated rory needing to constantly remind people that YES he is a trained medical professional) (via @bisexualamy) -- source link
