glumshoe:deadgirltryingtosurvive:glumshoe:1226e:glumshoe:every time I see a glass eye I think about the time my friend’s mom picked me up before her daughter’s swim practice and as we drove down the highway she reached behind her and plopped her glass eye into my hand without a word this was weird enough but then when I mentioned it to her daughter, she went, “what?!my mom doesn’t have a glass eye!” and I spent the rest of the car ride mutely listening to one half of a Turkish/English shouting match between mother and daughter Don’t leave us in suspense here, how did the argument end? Was it her own eye that she popped out of her head (?!?) or was it someone else’s eye that she just had for some reason. (???) What did you do with it? Do you still have the eye?? the mom lost her eye in an accident many years before and spontaneously decided to reveal her secret to the 12 year old in the back seat of her car Ship that answers only a portion of the questions here… im too curious about this now to leave it at this!I handed the eye back after examining it politely. The mom popped it back into her empty eye socket and kept driving. The daughter was furious and betrayed that her mother had never told her about it, and had decided to tell the neighbor kid first.
