Here’s what I think, it’s OK to admit when things suck. It’s OK to admit when you are exhausted, burnt out, overwhelmed with the same routine over and over again. I think toxic positivity is even more dangerous then we believe, this misconception that we always have to “find the best in everything“, or only give off good vibes. Admitting the lows is just as vital as celebrating the highs, as it’s the bitter that makes the sweet sing. Be what you are, feel what you feel, embrace it all and know that all things will pass.
