This is actually my best friend, heh.The reason why I drew her for a self portrait, instead of me, was because for the assignment we had to draw a self portrait not of ourselves, but of another person and then proceed to draw our own characteristics into the model.So I decided to draw lines and lines and lines, with different degrees of compactness to create toning. Why lines? Because, if you have been sort of following my blog, you might have remembered me saying that I love to draw lines, or something along those “lines” (GET IT?!).Haha, anyway, yeah, this is what I love to do, I find peace in drawing lines like this, it helps to calm me down. -- source link
