These are just renderings of the designs they’ve done for a swanky new condo project here in Toronto called YC Condominiums (since it’s at the intersection of Yonge and College). The renderings really sell you on that night-time, metropolitan, glamorous lifestyle that all condo dwellers in Toronto, are supposed to have (pfft!).
