New Post has been published on http://fortheloveoflingerie.com/best-lingerie-tumblr-blogs/The Dream Team: The Best Lingerie Tumblr BlogsTumblr does a pretty good job at recommending blogs to follow, but we thought it was time to share the dream team and where you can find the best lingerie tumblr blogs…EVER! The Daily Knicker One of my personal lingerie idols (if that’s not a thing, I’m making it one as of now :P) is Tiah Eckhardt. She’s not only absolutely gorgeous but she REALLY knows here lingerie and holds nothing back when expressing herself. Previously a Wheels and Dollbaby gal, her blog ‘The Daily Knicker’ not only show off her extensive collection, but also provides detailed reviews of each piece and where you can get your hands on it. This is a blog I personally go to when looking for that next splurge as unlike some other reviewers she tells it how it is, usually without having to read a four page essay on how the bra straps are too short. She reviews everything from Agent Provocateur to Victoria’s Secret, so it’s definitely worth a follow. Creepyyeha was one of the first fashion lingerie tumblrs I followed way way back. She is actually amazing! A designer herself, Yeha Leung was not only one of the first to start the choker/bondage type craze under her label ‘Creepyyeha’, but she also have the most incredible and lust worthy style you’ll find in the lingerie world. She creates stunning outfits with a sheer black aesthetic which will leaving you wanting to roll around in chiffon all day. Get on this tumblr! Hopeless lingerie Ahh Hopeless. Never fails to disappoint. If you’re in love with designer Gabrielle Adamidis’ designs or her aesthetic in general, you should for sure check out her tumblr (and pinterest actually). She has two accounts. One is for inspiration and one is for her label. Both are fantastic if you’re into the whole B-grade horror films, anything 80s, modern art or just like great photography. This is one of those tumblrs you get genuinely excited about when a photo pops up in your newsfeed. Run by Simon Russel and Kalaurie Karl-Crooks, this absolutely 100% non retouched photography project features the personal sass and style of the gals of Melbourne in all their underpinnings. We’ve featured these guys a million times which you can check out here if you’re unfamiliar. This one is bound to grow and grow, so we’re more than excited to see how it goes and keep you guys posted. Dullife Lingerie Dullife Lingerie, let’s face it, she’s the ‘It’ girl of, well lingerie social media. If you’re a lingerie selfie lover, photography buff, poetry nerd or you just love really pretty lingerie this tumblr is going to knock your socks off. Run by Roz, Dullife Lingerie shows off her collection in all it’s glory with beautiful dark photographs of each piece. She also loves to throw in pieces from her favourite literature every now and again keeping us poetry lovers on our toes. You can check out her Tumblr above and get to know Roz’ views on putting your butt on the internet in a recent interview here. A Brief Exposure A recent find for us AND another incredible photography project we’re loving is ‘A brief exposure’. Capturing the fearless, young and beautiful photography, photographer Sarah Nancy collects a raw vision of beauty and freedom. Her pieces are on point to her aesthetic and intrinsically rebellious. Only launched this year, this is a project we’re hoping will blossom into something incredible. Stay tuned chickens. Froufrou fashionista Yay Alison Rubke! Although the shop is no longer, founder of Froufrou Fashionista, Alison Rubke is still totally on par in the lingerie game. Our fingers are crossed for new lingerie ventures for this pink loving blondie, but in the meantime her tumblr will suffice. Alison posts all things elegant, modern and somehow finds all of the most amazing lingerie editorials. Oh and did we mention she takes one hell of a selfie? My bag of bones aka Dollyfoxx Alexandrea Anissa was one of my first run ins with an independantly run label…and I loved her. Her tumblr ‘My bag of bones’ is mostly dedicated to her work and her label, showing off her new pieces whilst maintaining her distinct aesthetic. What I love so much about her Tumblr (and why I’ve chosen to hold onto it for so long now) is because unlike many other labels I’ve seen who use Tumblr, she consistently produces not only unique and beautiful lingerie but also communicates it through beautiful and INTERESTING photography which I actually want to look at. It doesn’t feel like I’m looking at a product ad but more and gorgeous editorial. You go Alexandrea Anissa! Decadent and Wilde This young lass is the best! I actually had the pleasure of meeting her whilst back in Melbourne earlier in the year and I can tell you now, she kills it when it comes to fitting and knowing bras. Being full busted herself, she has tonnes and tonnes of knowledge and experience to share and is always willing to answer questions on fitting troubles ect. You can seriously shoot her a tumblr message and she’ll send you back her favourite labels. Her tumblr is mainly focused on reviews and pieces she’s recently become obsessed with. If you’re full busted and looking for some info. Head. On. Over. Officially Mosh Girl crush alert! Mosh. Actually flawless right? This tumblr is pretty straight forward. If you’re into pin ups, burlesque, lingerie, french things, bombshells, vogue, fashion, photography, you’re going to love this tumblr. If you’re in love with costume, vintage, or corsetry this is for you. Usually split into categories or sets ei 1950’s dresses, this tumblr is an incredible archive of clothing throughout time. If you’re not into it, I would purely follow this tumblr for her commentary on any of the award shows. Instead of tuning into the grammy’s, most years I just jump on OMG that dress to follow the absolutely hilarious commentary on the gowns posted throughout the show. -- source link
