{This is one of the last projects I worked on in my previous firm. I feel like the colours of the finishes aren’t as accurate - the wood stain throughout isn’t that orange - but I think you can tell the direction of what the intent was. Contemporary lines, with an open plan, and finishes with a slight mid-century tonality. I’m glad we were able to do the large-scale parquet flooring, the metal L-shaped open shelves, and the white Miele appliances! There’s no furniture because this is actually a home built to sell, so furnishing wasn’t in the scope of work. When it does sell, that’s when the purchaser tends to hire the interior design firm to help them furnish it.}  -- source link
