{Designed by Toronto architecture firm Drew Mandel Architects, the Moore Park Residence is a teardown replacement and a stunning example of a modern infill house that manages to respect the character of the neighbourhood. While the home is unquestionably contemporary, it is built with similar setbacks and materials, and shares the iconic-house form common to the rest of the street. The design of the house features spaces that flow in to each other, and is described by DMA as employing “a complex figure-ground relationship of mass-to-void. It is both structured and animated by interconnecting void spaces.”} -- source link
