{This is Rachel Ashwell’s bed and breakfast/ranch called The Prairie, decorated in her signature style, but with a Texan twist as a nod to its surroundings. It is composed of five farm buildings, original to the property (some dating to the 1800s). In contrast to the crystal chandeliers that are a staple of her style, she left original wooden floorboards unvarnished and tin roofing intact. The former owner’s taxidermy is used throughout and, in my opinion, actually modernizes the shabby chic look and makes it more edgy.} -- source link
