Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987) This is a Movie Health Community evaluation. Planes, Trains and Automobiles has a scene where a car spends several seconds scraping against metal and creating sparks, and with several fast cuts, creates a minor strobe effect. Shortly after, there is a fire, which flickers mildly in the night. The title scrolling across the screen at the very beginning of the film creates a moderate strobe effect.There is some handheld camera work, including mild shaking as people run. Several scenes take place in moving vehicles, one of which spins for several seconds.Flashing Lights: 2/10.
