Behind the trees is a dark starlit sky.The first drawing shows Hamid and Aziza in a small clearing. Hamid is a halfling man with short wavy brown hair. He wears a long, light purple fur-trimmed coat as well as green pants, black shoes, and cream-coloured mittens. He is reaching out towards Aziza with an uncertain, nervous expression. Aziza, a halfling woman, has similar facial features to Hamid, but has long wavy brown hair. She wears an off the shoulder red dress with puffy sleeves, frills on the skirt, a slit up the thigh, and white lace trim on the neckline, as well as black shoes. Unlike Hamid, Aziza is ethereal: her feet do not fully touch the ground, her colours are less saturated, and she’s outlined in a blue glow, like the mists of the garden. She’s grasping Hamid’s hand in both her hands, looking at him with a smile. The second drawing shows Zolf and Feryn in the same clearing. Zolf is a dwarven man with short white hair and a white beard held with a circlet. He wears a long blue coat over a metal breastplate and light brown pants, as well as black boots. Zolf’s head is tilted down, his eyes shut tight and his hands balled into fists, as if trying to stop himself from looking at Feryn. Feryn, like Aziza, is clearly a spirit, and shares facial features with Zolf. He’s a dwarf man with long brown hair braided down the back and a brown beard.
