bimbeth: weakandsleepygrrl: summerscaptions: This is how it’s going to feel. It won’t be harsh or painful. It won’t scare you. You won’t be upset. It’ll be like a smile spreading across your face. You probably will smile, in fact. You won’t notice. You’ll be too focused on the feelings inside your head, the way that your thoughts sort of soften and slow. It’ll be like someone dimming the lights in a room. You’ll forget things almost immediately. What you were doing, or whatever host of small things you were worried about. Phone numbers. Dates and addresses. Your name, maybe. You won’t care. You’ll feel it physically, too. Your skin will feel warm, sparkly. The hair on your arms and on the back of your neck will stand up. Your toes might curl. The blood will rush to your head and your scalp will tingle. There’ll be butterflies in your stomach. Your knees will feel weak. You’ll be a little bundle of energy, but you’ll stay still. Standing, staring, smiling, simple. You won’t be thinking. You’ll just be feeling. When there’s something that requires your thoughts, somebody will tell you what to think. That won’t happen, though. You won’t have to think again. The unimportant parts of your brain will burn away, but you won’t notice or care. You’ll just smile, like it’s the best thing in the world. You’re going to love it. I’m going to love it… shiver. moan. -- source link
