No idea were or when they disappeared…Edit: Since several users have noted to me that it was a problem that the wonderful variation in skintones of the avatar series does not come through in this image, I edited it to make Katara’s skin tone closer to what it is in the show. I want to add, that I originally made this image eleven years ago. And since then the topic of ethnic diversity is something I try to be more and more conscious about in my art. So my thanks to the people being vocal when they have concerns. (also the edit was not really that much of an effort… really ^^°) -- source link
