I have always wanted a collar similar to this, something akin to the one worn in the movie “The Cell” but, like this one, in shiny metal. I would prefer a higher neck tube though. I envision a rather large matching padlock keeping it closed in the back, one that would bump and scrape with each of my moves, constantly reminding me of it’s implacable presence (as if having a metal coated neck and shoulders was not enough!). -- source link
