Goblin War Drums (Wondrous item, Rare, Requires Atunement by a bard) These drums of war are mainly used by goblins on raiding parties. They are as large as a common Cauldron. They are decorated with items which represent the personality and achievements of the goblin who uses it. If a medium creature is carrying this item they move at half speed due to its encumbrance. A small creature carrying this may only move up to 5ft. Large creatures have no penalty to movement with the drums. When not in use, it can be carried easily on the back of a medium creature without much encumbrance. The goblin war drums have a maximum of 5 charges. and regain 1d4+1 during a long rest. If this is attuned to a goblin it will always gain the maximum number of charges. The attuned creature may use its action to expend a charge as it hammers the drum. Doing so grants all allies in a 60ft radius advantage on all attacks until the user’s next turn. All goblinoids that are in this radius gain this effect even if they are not allies.
