Since Striker has kids, himself, in the AU, she goes on “mama bear” or “big sister” mode whenever he lashes out at them and hurts them and stands up to him. She and Striker are ex-friends. Samantha and Striker are like Polite Villain and Rude Hero. Thus, she doesn’t hate overlords, except for Stella, Valentino, and other abusive overlords in Hell. -- source link
