Making #huntun and tradtional #chinesetea is a painful process. The amount of effort for the smallest cup of tea in the world. You can see my pain in the picture as the cup is made of thin china and this lovely lady was trying to tell me how to pour it in the correct way. I was amazed at how many rules there were and how seriously the Chinese take their tea. I had to bathe the mini buddhas with hot water so they weren’t thirsty, then I ad to use my left hand to pour the water into the cup, making sure when I put the pot down the spout was facing east or west (I can’t quite remember!).
