What’s my diet?? Well, I don’t have one. When I was living in the US I was a size 14 and eating a lot of fast food (confession: I adore chicken nuggets). Now, I am more conscious of what I eat and don’t do fast food anymore. When I started loving myself more, I actually couldn’t bear to eat junk anymore because I hated the way it made me feel sluggish and bloated. I used to see thin women and be in awe- How can they always choose salads and healthy options?? That’s a TON of willpower. Now, I see it gets easier because it comes down to how you want to FEEL. And I wanna feel GOOD. I would pick a fresh spinach, avocado, strawberry, chicken, walnut salad any day over a greasy, bloaty burger. Of course, making this change has required an entire re-education. Nobody cooked healthy food in my home, I didn’t know how to make vegetables taste delicious. BUT there are so many awesome resources out there on Pinterest and Youtube– basically everything I cook now is less then 3 ingredients, so no excuses https://ift.tt/2CRlhZw -- source link
