Having to tiptoe around a situation when you’re surrounded by an Alpha pack wasn’t as easy as it seemed. Not when Maeve had to witness a stranger protecting her from the evil hiding in the darkest places of Beacon Hills. The town she knew of, the town she was born and raised, suddenly felt like a big cover up for what really was going on.
