OBSERVATIONS: The test subject believes them-self to be a natural-born leader, but has exhibited mediocre leadership skills in said roles. Their eagerness to prove themselves as someone to take charge will likely get them nominated for tasks, not out of a belief in competency by others, but by default from more reluctant subjects. At times, their persistence is admirable; however, they have a long way to go to be respected and viewed as a true leader.
