useless-catalanfacts:A capital letter from the Vidal Mayor codex, the first compilation of the laws of Aragon, made by the abbott Vidal de Canyelles in the 12th century, during the reign of king James I (Jaume I in Catalan, Chaime I in Aragonese).This miniature represents the king James I accompanied by soldiers and the standard-bearer, who carries the senyera.
