Day 3 of #31daysofselflove from @blessingmanifesting - What good habit do you want to begin this month? Working out. I feel a sense of shame seeing those words written there. Shame that I strayed so far from what I consider my “church” and my “therapy.” Shame that I can’t allow myself downtime or ANY break without feeling like I’m aninstant failure. I spent so much time on fitness the last few years and seeing it fall off this year has been so mentally and emotionally hard on me. I LOVE working out and I somehow let that get away from me. It wasn’t just a good habit for me when it was the everyday it was truly a part of my lifestyle. I love the way working out makes me feel physically but the mental part of it has been much more important for me. This month I’d like to start a new routine and see it flourish into something akin to what I knew at this time last year.
