Outcrop of Rock, Edge of Canadian Shield Near Flin Flon, Manitoba, 2006.I am not a geologist or geomorphologist, but I have been fascinated by the Canadian Shield for a very long time. I have flown over it a number of times, but a trip into northern Manitoba and Saskatchewan in 2006 was one of the few times I have been able to observe it on the ground. -- source link
