No wonder the Victorians are all dead.British cooking gross in any era lmaoAt least they’ve stopped soaking fowl in ashes. I think. Are there any British people reading this? Do you ever tenderize chicken with ashes?tongues are delicious :3 ..really!!! I’m sure they are if they’re cooked nicely, but this book has WAY too much boiled meat in it. And very little seasoning.
